Happy Birthday Andy

No poem today but today is Andy Warhol’s birthday. I believe he would have been 95.

When I was in eighth grade I went on a field trip to Vienna, Austria, for spring break. Somehow I ended up in a gallery all by myself and found a piece by Warhol. I did not stick around for long and it wasn’t until later I learned that it was Andy Warhol because well I was lost and had no idea how to get back to my hotel. BUT anyway, it was that piece that got me interested in learning more about art and creating my own work.

So I am celebrating with a little drawing just for him. ENJOY and HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANDY!
